Winburn Loop

Winburn Loop is a non existent trail. I thought maybe there was a secret hippie/deer trail up there but – no.

Driving

– Don’t even go up to Four Corners. It’s a witch hunt I tell ya!

Parking

– Do you want to park and then leave? Well that’s what you’d be doing.

The Adventure

-If you actually walked the 5 miles to the Winburn / Forest Service road, the Search and Rescue “last resort” shed should be a strong message to you to turn around and go home. If you are stupid like me, and end up continuing all 8 miles to the end of the road, well trust me, you are better off turning around and “8 miling” it back to the car rather than getting lost bush-wacking in the woods.
